Welcome to my mind, filled with movies, music, art , fashion and photography, all constantly circulating. I am not a professional, in fact you probably shouldn’t take anything seriously.This is my own taste, curation and thoughts. I am not a cinephile, writer, movie or art critic, however I have a deep love and interest for all of these things.If you are interested in weird cult films, female gaze, pretty movies, music and fashion this is the place for you.

A little about me? I am a 20 year old advertising student at an arts university, I do some graphic design and photography on the side. I’d say photography is something I am extremely passionate about and all the films I watch deeply influence my photography and overall aesthetics. I’ve found myself drawn to films that focus on aesthetics and visuals to convey messages because I’ve always been a very visual person, in my thinking and self expression. Also as someone who identifies themselves as a girl, I am drawn to movies in the female gaze, focusing on the complexity of women and and female friendships and relationships.

Of course not every film I love is based around these things, I am always open to watching new types of movies of all styles and genres. However I’d like to express that I am not a person who has seen “all the classics” and do not enjoy only watching those, I like sifting through and finding hidden gems . Yes there are many classic mainstream movies I love but for example The Godfather is not a movie i am particularly drawn to, so if that is the type of film you enjoy this may not be the right space. I respect it, and understand its value but it's not what this blog will be about.

So, as an introduction I'd like to introduce some of my current favourite movies, and I'd love to hear about yours! I will refrain from going to detail to save myself some content for later...
